2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just browse through our website, select the portable steamer you'd like to purchase, and add it to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout where you will enter your shipping details and payment information to complete your order.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can view the shipping options and costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • UK Orders: Usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

5. How can I track my order?

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We are sorry if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@klinka.shop with your order details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@klinka.shop. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will update your shipping information. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
